Manor House
One of the finest Sussex sandstone buildings in existence, Saint Hill Manor was built in 1972 by Gibbs Crawfurd. In 1959, the final owner, acclaimed author and founder of Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard, bought the Manor from the Maharajah of Jaipur. Saint Hill Manor is situated in 59 acres of landscaped gardens, woodlands and lakes,
and open to the public daily, all year round.
